You just need to follow these four steps:
Cook 80 grams of ground cumin seeds and 6.5 oz / 200 ml of water together for 15 minutes.
You should get a mixture that looks like coffee ground.
Strain the mixture and add 50 ml /1.7 oz of water, then cook again until the liquid boils.
After a few minutes take the mixture of the heat, let it cool and add a tablespoon of cognac.
Consume a tablespoon every half an hour. After 2 hours you should feel some relieve, the pain will disappear, but repeat the procedure 8 times, for 4 hours actually.
In cases of severe cold it is allowed to repeat the therapy twice.
